Chair- Ann Mehaffy served as Crossroads' Executive Director from 2000- 2002 and as a board member from 2002 until present. Ann has professionally worked in financial management, non-profit management, and economic development. She recently retired as Baker City's Main Street Manager and is an artist and avid gardener.
Sharon Bannister, Vice Chair
Sharon joined Crossroads Board in 2007, but was an active volunteer for many years before that. She has a Bachelor's in Business from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and retired from Union Pacific Railroad in 1998 after 37 years of service as Director of Labor Relations for the Southern Region. Sharon is married to Scott who is a native of Weston, Oregon. She has two children in Omaha, Nebraska and two granddaughters.
She was named Crossroads Volunteer of the Year in 2010.
