Jan Clark and Marian Perdas

Opens Friday, August 6. at 5:30pm.

Jan Clark is constantly drawing, designing, painting, and experimenting. Today, her work is inspired by our beautiful Eastern Oregon vistas, with their splendid skies, mountains, forests, and valleys. Marian Perdas' glass art reflects the drama found in the colors and textures of Eastern Oregon.

Refreshments will be served. Music by Gene Nelson and Debbie Friedman.

The Power of Art

The Power of Art

Opens Friday, July 2nd
at 5:30pm.

In July, we welcome artists from Zimbabwe and Cambodia!

The Zimbabwe Artists Project assists artists in rural eastern Zimbabwe to create economic security for themselves and their families through the sale and promotion of their art. Khmer Krafts was established in 2005 to help at-risk young women in Cambodia.

Refreshments will be served.

Linda Elliott

Opens Friday, June 4th
at 5:30pm.

Linda Elliott, oil painter, from La Grande, along with potters Scott Brown, Kevin Flynn, and Amanda Riley from Boise. Linda’s oils predominately focus on animals and the environment, with Linda’s particular interest being cattle. There will also be a Bowl Building Bonanza from 5pm to 8 pm. Northwest Landscapes

Opens Friday, May 7th
at 5:30pm.

May's show is titled "Northwest Landscapes: A reflection on the paths I have walked and where I have wandered."

The artist's work evokes "a connection bestween a place of this world and a higher sphere, between an individual traveler and a community."

Refreshments will be served, and we will have accoustic music by Marvin Sundean.

April:
Regional Agricultural Art

Art and Soul of Agriculture

Opens Friday, April 2nd
at 5:30pm.

Titled "Art and Soul of Agriculture," this regional art show honors the heritage of agriculture in eastern Oregon. It features the work of some of our finest artists.

In conjunction with the show, we will be displaying Season's Edge, a pastel by April Waters, on loan from Oregon State University.

Music will be provided by Gene Nelson and Debbie Friedman.

Art from an inner landscape

Opens Friday, March 5th at 5:30pm.

A lifelong photographer and occasional artist, Denise now works most frequently in batik watercolor. She has shown at regional festivals and art shows and at local and regional galleries. Suzanne has been an artist for many years and in many mediums. Today, she is inspired to create beautiful and unique jeweley from fine metals and semiprecious stones.
